The Forum will bring together representatives of the federal executive and legislative authorities, international organizations, Russian and foreign transport companies, as well as members of the business, expert, and media communities.
Attending the Forum provides an opportunity to get together with those who are shaping the future of the global transport industry in a single place for the first time: government officials, businesspeople, and international partners.

The event will be attended by Russian and international delegates: heads of relevant ministries and agencies, CEOs of transport, industrial and construction companies, experts, and scientists. Representatives of the expert and media communities will also be attending the Forum.

If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the Foundation website roscongress.org .
If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can submit an application in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section. The application will be filled in automatically using information from your profile.

After submitting your application, you will receive a notification at the email address you listed during registration that your application has been registered and sent to the Organizing Committee for review. The status of your application will be reflected in the My Events tab of your personal account.
If approved, you will be sent an invitation to the Forum, and the status of your application will be updated in real time.
The application review period varies for each participant and is at least ten days. You can only participate in the Forum with an invitation from the Organizing Committee.
Yes. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse an invitation to an applicant without explanation.

A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Forum Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

Participants who have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or who have previously confirmed their participation but no longer plan to attend are kindly requested to officially decline their participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
The programme architecture will be posted on the website approximately one to two months before the start of the Forum in the Programme Architecture section.

In order to participate in the Forum as a media representative, you must submit an application for accreditation in the Media section.
Applications for media accreditation will be accepted closer to the dates of the event.
The business and cultural programme venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge for the International Transport and Logistics Forum. The badge is the only valid document confirming a participant’s Forum accreditation.
The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties. Participants should keep their badges and identity documents with them at all times while at the Forum venue.

An accreditation badge is required to enter the Forum venue. To collect your badge, you must in the Roscongress personal account:
- Confirm participation in the Forum
- Enter your personal information
- Upload a required photo for your badge Tab ‘My events – International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026 – Event dashboard – Personal information – Photo – Edit data’.

There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:
- An email notification
- A notification in the Roscongress personal account
- A call to the Forum information centre: +7 495 640 6097
Yes. To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:
- passport;
- original standard power of attorney;
- list of participants;
- copies of participants’ passports;
- originals of personal data consent forms.
The power of attorney form and a sample of how to complete will be available for download in the Badge collection section.
You can pick up your badge at one of the Forum accreditation points.
The location and working hours of the accreditation points will be posted in the Badge collection section.
If your accreditation badge is lost or damaged, please go to the Help Desk or any accreditation stand immediately. The badge will then be blocked, and a replacement badge will be issued to the holder upon written request.
A range of items will be prohibited from the event venue. In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any such items at their accommodation or in their vehicle.

Free shuttles will be organized for participants and media representatives during the Forum.
The shuttle schedule will be available in the "Shuttles" section and at all Forum information and service points.
Yes, during the Forum, participants can rent an accredited chauffeur-driven car.

Non-accredited vehicles and taxis may only stop to drop off or pick up passengers near the entrance to the Forum venue.
Participants of the Forum can book rooms in St. Petersburg hotels at special rates.

The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included on website photo.roscongress.org.
Yes, participants of the Forum can apply for a visa by invitation for entrants from foreign countries. An invitation for foreign visitors is a special document provided by the Forum organizers for those who require a visa to enter the Russian Federation.
