If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
I don't have an account
Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject an application without explanation.
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm you will be attending by going to the ‘My events – International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026 – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
HOW DO I DECLINE PARTICIPATION?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed you will attend but no longer plan to do so, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
HOW CAN I SUBSTITUTE A PARTICIPANT?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed you will attend the Forum but no longer plan to do so for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
To collect your badge, you must log in to your Roscongress personal account and:
1. Confirm you are attending the Forum
2. Enter your personal information
3. Upload a mandatory photo for your badge
4. Upload a scanned copy of your passport

MEDIA
is mandatory for all Forum events.
In order to participate in the Forum as a media representative, you must submit an application for accreditation in the Media section.
Applications for media accreditation will be accepted closer to the dates of the event.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Participants who require a visa can apply for:
- Visa by invitation for foreign arrivals for all Forum participants
- E-VISA can be issued to citizens of 64 foreign countries
You must have an activated accreditation badge to enter the venue of the Forum.
You can pick up your badge in advance at one of the accreditation points.
When entering the venue, you will need to go through an access control procedure.
You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue.
The Forum will take place on 1–3 April 2026 at the Tavrichesky Palace in St. Petersburg.
Please plan your route so that you arrive at the venue in advance, at least 1 hour before the start of the event you wish to attend

Transport
Free shuttle buses will be running at regular intervals during the Forum.
Participants of the Forum can rent an accredited chauffeur-driven car.
Forum participants are welcome to fly to St. Petersburg on private jets.
Business services
Forum participants and guests are invited to use the hotel booking service.
The Forum venue has rooms that can be booked for any kind of press event you need. At the Forum venue, you can book rooms to organize press events of any format.
The app lets you track your badge status, schedule business meetings, watch live broadcasts, interact with other participants in private chats, and exchange contact information.
On the site
The Roscongress Foundation provides photography for all events at the Forum. Photographs are published at the Roscongress photo bank in real time. Images can be displayed by event and date to facilitate browsing.
The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included.
The Forum will offer coffee break areas with free catering services.
