“The International Transport and Logistics Forum is an opportunity for the state, business community, and international partners to engage in open, constructive, mutually beneficial dialogue. The Forum will focus on the development of international transport corridors like the North–South Transport Corridor, greater integration of the Union State, the EAEU, and the CIS, global industry regulation, and how to best harness the potential of the SCO and BRICS and other similar associations. Our task is to ensure excellent preparation and superior organization for all Forum events”.

SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

RECEIVE AN INVITATION

Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

The review process varies by applicant. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject an application without explanation.

CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE

Once you have received an invitation, please confirm you will be attending by going to the ‘My events – International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026 – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

HOW DO I DECLINE PARTICIPATION?

If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed you will attend but no longer plan to do so, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

HOW CAN I SUBSTITUTE A PARTICIPANT?

A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed you will attend the Forum but no longer plan to do so for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

MEDIA

Accreditation for media and blogosphere representatives
is mandatory for all Forum events.
The number of media representatives who can attend the Forum is limited due to the organizers’ desire to ensure the most convenient working conditions and quick access to all the necessary resources, given the substantial interest in the event and the venue’s limited infrastructure capacity.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE AS A MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE?

In order to participate in the Forum as a media representative, you must submit an application for accreditation in the Media section.

Applications for media accreditation will be accepted closer to the dates of the event.
